insta-december

December brought the fun and craziness of the holidays!  We were busy sending Christmas cards, going Christmas shopping, making visits to the museum, road-tripping, and visiting Utah.  I also planned and put on our ward's YW in excellence with one of the young women in our ward.  It was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun! This month was a whirlwind--a magical, Christmas-y whirlwind!

birthday boy

What a blessing Graham baby is in our lives!  We celebrated his first birthday during our big Stutz family Christmas party at the church.  Poor baby will always share his birthday with the busy-ness of the holiday season, but he definitely didn't seem to mind this year!  He LOVED digging into his huge cupcake!  And we loved watching him.
Graham is a happy, mellow, adorable little guy.  He does well to temper his sometimes crazy big sisters.  Much like his mellow dad tempers his crazy mama;)  We look forward to watching him grow throughout the years.  How blessed we are to have him as a part of our little family!  We love you Grahammers!

Graham's first year--except months 5&6...still looking for those photos:(

Love that baby boy of mine!

a merry stutz christmas...

We spent Christmas morning at Jordan's parents' house with aunts, uncles, and of course Mom and Dad Stutz.  We had a fun morning together!  A few of the Stutz Christmas traditions that I love include eating breakfast BEFORE opening gifts (genius!), walking through "the curtain" one at a time (this is just a sheet hung up with clothespins at the doorway--so every person can have their own experience seeing what Santa brought), and opening gifts one at a time (I chose a gift for someone else, we watch them open it and then chose a gift for another person, and so on...).  And the not to be forgotten enormous group hug that is given at the end of all the gifting! That morning seemed to linger on forever, and we loved it!  We are always spoiled rotten by the Stutzes when Christmas is spent there.

We hope you had a Merry Christmas!
