we love daddy, yesiree...

Boy, oh boy do we love this guy!  He really is the best Dad to our three and would do anything for them.  We are all so lucky to have him!  We are also so grateful for our wonderful Dads, and we hope they had a happy day!

welcome spring...

We were so excited when things started to warm up around here!  One day, while the sun was shining we ventured out into the backyard to start the after-winter clean up.  It was pretty hilarious too, because the girls found our work gloves and went straight to work! Graham and I sat in the shade and ate granola bars and played with sidewalk chalk while the girls tirelessly pulled weeds and put them in the trash.  I had never seen them so dedicated to a task!
A few mornings later, we were at Target, and the girls excitedly picked out "work gloves like Mom and Dad's" from the dollar bin as their "treat".  It was just so darling!  It is fun to see them taking on more and more responsibilities as they become older.  We love our little spring helpers; all of them!

March brought all kinds of new things for our family.  Both girls became official "pumpers" on the swings, we amused ourselves indoors on chilly days with shoulder rides and homemade obstacle courses, puzzles and books.  We also took a trip to Utah over spring break to see our family missionaries one last time before they headed out--Mom and Dad Stutz to Sofia, Bulgaria and niece Katelynn to Washington, DC South.  While there, we also celebrated Seder with the Stutzes (one of our family's very favorite traditions), and splashed around in the Lehi indoor aquatic center.  March was also a month of milestones for Graham, as he became fully weened (tear!) and able to climb up on tables:/--in other words, too skilled for his own good;).  We wrapped up the month by celebrating Easter in Folsom with my Mom and brothers.  What a fun and busy month it was!
