Blessing the Bebes...

Cute picture courtesy of Emily, cute hats courtesy of Aunt Lauren--thanks girls:)

Okay, so I AM sending announcements... don't fret. I am just completely behind. Don't be surprised if they show up extremely late :). This has been quite the holiday season due to a last minute trip to California for my grandfather's funeral. The girls did great with all of the traveling, but all of our schedules are now completely thrown off. Hopefully things will return to normal soon, but again, I am sorry for the tardiness of the announcements. (You'll see why all of the apologizing when they arrive:)

However, I do want to announce that we will be blessing the girls on January 4th at our ward building. Anyone who would like to attend is, of course, welcome.

The address of the church is:
1005 S 500 W Provo, UT 84601
Sacrament meeting will begin at 12:10

Can't wait to see you there!

p.s. If you would like to look at more pictures from the girls' photo shoot, please visit friend Emily's amazing photography blog, relivingthemoments.blogspot.com

Happy Days...

Well, I don't have too much to say, besides 'all is well!' We are thoroughly enjoying having our girls home--they are such happy babies! They pretty much only get upset when they are hungry, and even then they don't really cry--but yell rather. It's fun to watch their little movements... especially when they are lying side by side mirroring each other. We love watching our little doublets grow!
This is how I found Avery this morning when I came in to get them out of bed. She was dead asleep like this. If there is one talent our little girls have, it is to 'Houdini' their way out of a tight swaddle.
This is Matilda enjoying a ride in the sling Aunt Emlyn made for us. Thanks Aunt Em, they love it!
My mom came out for a week during Thanksgiving. It was so fun to have her here! She was a huge help, and I even got most of my Christmas shopping done. Woohoo!
Our quaint little Thanksgiving table for three.. we wanted to keep it low key this year since the girls are still 'new':)
Jordan thought we should try feeding Avery a Lil' Smokey breakfast sausage... she didn't seem too interested.
Here's a little family pic we took this Sunday. Stay tuned for more professionally done family/ baby portraits via my friend Emily:)
